How do I pay?
We can accept the following methods:
• Credit card or debit card over the phone – call us on 01254 427872 (American Express is not accepted)
• BACS – we can send your our account details on request.
• If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please make payable to foto-fusion and quote your project reference number on the reverse. This takes 5 days to clear.
I’m in a hurry, how quickly can you get my cards to me?
From receipt of your proof acceptance and payment, we will endeavour to have your order despatched after 5 working days. However, if you indicate your deadline on the proof order form in the special requirements box, we will always try to meet your request.
Can I change my colour photograph to sepia or black and white?
No problem, please indicate on the proof order form which colour mode you require.
I’m not sure which photograph will work best?
If you would like upload or post a couple of photographs to us, we will gladly select the most suitable one for your style of card or give you a few options to look at.
Can I send you a printed photograph?
Yes, we suggest you send us your photograph in a stiffened envelope by recorded or registered delivery to foto-fusion, Unit 6, BTMC, Challenge Way, Blackburn BB1 5QB. We will scan your photograph(s) for you and return them by recorded delivery with your order. Please note we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage of your photographs.
Is it safe entering my personal contact details on the website form?
Foto-fusion respect your privacy and will not pass on your details to any other organisations.
How can I upload a photograph?
After completing the first part of the proof request form a second page will appear on your screen with a browse facility for you to select and attach your images or any other attachments you may wish to send us such as word documents, spreadsheets, maps.
What is the best format to send my photograph in?
We recommend a good quality photograph preferably in jpeg (jpg) format no larger than 5Mb. However, we can accept the following formats; tiff (tif), png, bmp, gif, eps, pdf.
If you are sending a scanned digital image please make sure your image has a resolution of at least 300dpi.
Please remember that the better the quality of photograph you send the better the reproduction results on your cards. Wesbite images are generally too low in resolution to print clearly.
Can I have a card proof posted to me rather than view an e-mailed version?
Yes, no problem but we do like you to approve your emailed version first. There is a £5 charge for this service due to the amount of work involved.
Can I choose two different photographs for my cards?
No problem, we will do two different photographs but will need at least 20 of each photo. Please upload both photos on your proof request form. The cards will grouped as one order reducing the unit price per card and there will only be one charge for post and packaging.
Can I have coloured text?
Yes, we will normally match a text colour to compliment your photograph. However, if you have any specific requirements regarding your text please use the ‘special requirements’ box on the proof order form to inform us.
I would like to order my wedding invitations but require evening invitations in the same design but with different text. Is this possible?
Yes. Please complete the proof order form adding the timings and details for your evening invitations. Your email layout will show both versions. As long as you use the same photograph and style of card, we can group them together as one order so you can benefit from the cheaper grouped price.
Can I alter my order?
Yes, if you contact us before we have started to produce your cards. However, due to the bespoke nature of our cards we cannot accept returns as long as they comply with your approved layout. It is really essential that you check all the details on your proof layout, paying special attention to all spellings and important dates. However, if the cards arrive damaged please contact us immediately.
If I need some extra cards, is there a minimum order?
We can arrange an additional print run for a minimum of order of 10 cards.
